Home inspectors are those professionals who are trained to conduct non invasive examination of the condition of a home, usually in connection with the sale of that home. Home inspectors have a number of responsibilities and these include giving adequate report about the condition of the home, liaising with clients in order to define their roles, etc. It is not the responsibility of the home inspector to repair and replace defective system in the house, that is out of the scope of his role.
