Which department/organisation would you approach if your human rights had been violated?

If one's human right has been violated, once can approach the Commission on Human Rights. CHR is an independent agency that investigates all concerns relating to human rights violations both civil and political rights. If upon investigation, sufficient bases and enough evidence are established, it could be elevated to higher courts.
