As a speaker, you have failed to consider that you are putting your audience at risk. There is no possible way that you could carry out a live demonstration of archery when the room is so small. It will create problems, not only for your guests, but also for the other presenters. You failed to consider that a larger venue should have been booked if you were going to have a live audience. The guests will feel cramped and uncomfortable. This will not cause them to have positive feedback on your presentation.
