The job of Brie would be like a manager to direct and tell the team what to do

Gunther's job is the budget-er and he basically says how much each thing cost and where the cheapest material would come from.

Justin's job is the physical laborer he gets the things that are needed for the team and can communicate whether this a right choice or not.
