Routine decisions are decisions that are made on a daily basis without much thought involved. An example from the world of business would be to restock on office materials when the supplies are low. A second can be when you decide to wear clothes when you go outside of your house. Another one is when you choose where to put plates after doing the dishes, and another one could be where you turn when you drive your car to work.
