The company should evaluate their costs and their existing customer base. By evaluating costs the company may be able to save on redundancies or otherwise find a way to lower their cost and increase their profit margins. By examining their existing customer base they can determine who their existing clients are in respect to age, social status, income, etc. By understanding who their clients are they can better cater their product to these consumers, or can engage in advertising to bring in new consumers for their project.
