I would say that would be mainly to the fact of editing document's which would then relate to false information to users who would want true facts on certain topics that they would want to consider.

And based on this, this would be a reason to why 'wiki' would really not be appropriate for a business like web page to use. But perhaps who some other site that would contain narrow information. You answer would thus be the very first option.
