Black Mouse Inc has a tall hierarchical structure. The chain of commend enables a more effective management process where there is no confusion within the organisation. If different managers, the president or ceo were to interact with different parts of the chain, stepping outside of the order than there would be confusion and probably resentment between the heads of those departments. There needs to be one unified direction from the top that penetrates to the bottom with out any variance.
