When you go to a food store, how many items do you typically buy you did not intend to buy? how might this affect a food budget?

    When I go to a food store, I often buy 5 or 6 more items than I attended to buy. This can negatively impact a food budget because it raises the amount of money that is being spent often on items that were not a part of the menu plan when creating that budget.
