Alex can keep his Ferrari.

Explanation:

If Alex wants to buy the Ferrari and is able to buy the it, he can do it. If Janine refuses to sell Alex his Ferrari he can sue her and the dealership for breaching the contract. There is no reason for them to not perform their side of the contract which includes selling the car to Alex. All Alex needs to do now if perform his side of the contract and pay for the car, if he can.
