    In order to maintain your finances smoothly, it is extremely crucial to keep track of one's credit report. Neglect towards reading the credit report can cause financial losses as it can lead towards denials of credit and loan and make it more easy for frauds to steal your identity.

    Furthermore, one can miss a downtick on the credit score, if they don't check their report. This may eventually lead to paying higher interest rates on acquired credit and loan. Worst case scenario; one can lose potential jobs as employers do review credit reports.

    Therefore, in our case, the friend should review his credit report as soon as possible. Also he should pay particular attention to any anomalous data e. g. an address where the person never lived etc.

    If he doesnt check it he wont know how much debt he is in, and he can have debt collectors come for him he cant get a job his life will be miserable and he may never get a decent life.
