    When a company sells a product, the most important thing is the product itself. But services are different, it doesn't matter how mice your hotel is or how delicious are your meals, if the people that provide the service don't do it correctly and properly. For example, if the waiter is rude with your clients, they will not be satisfied even if the food was great.
