    x = (X/7) + (6/7)

    Explanation:

    2 (X + 8) - 4x = 10x + 4

    2X + 16 - 4x = 10x + 4

    2X + 16 - 14x = 4

    -14x = - 2X - 12

    x = (X/7) + (6/7)
