    The e-business create the possibility to create profit without having too much personnel then the leadership becomes easier as the roles design for each person are easy to follow up. Language, time perception, payment levels.

    Explanation:

    The impact of e-business in leadership is a positive impact because e-business usually needs to manage less people than regular businesses then the leadership skills such communication are easier to develop in an effective way.

    The language difference in Africa are highly significant because the continent uses many languages depending in the country you are at. In south America is important as well because in brazil Portuguese is speak and in the rest of the countries Spanish is the official language.

    Time perception is the manner in which business are conducted related to time. In south America the culture is more flexible with time while in Australia the due dates represent a more severe commitment with time.

    Payment levels are critical to motivate employees then the difference on what a "good" or "bad" wage represent in each region becomes very important when creating the compensation program for each country
