What is a balance sheet?
Well, it's a way to balance things that need to be balanced, mostly net worth and a few other things. This is used to keep things on track that need to be tracked.
What is it used for?
Most people use a balance sheet for net worth and for business use. To track what they need, for example, you realize you need to buy more paper for your company an takes money out of your net worth.
