    Following characteristics are the hallmarks of an unprofessional employee in general:

    Late Arrival : Frequently arriving late for work is the greatest sign of unprofessional and non punctuality. Violent behavior: Display of anger and engaging into any sort of violence is highly unprofessional. Uncooperative : Being inflexible and uncooperative to terms and official protocols. Talking loudly: A loud tone conveys both rudeness and impoliteness. Bullying: Mocking other colleagues or intimidating them is regarded as unprofessional behavior. Harassment : Engaging into harassment activities such as sexual harassment constitutes unprofessional behavior.
