This is an question that relates to Maslow's hierarchy of needs. This idea was developed by the psychologist Abraham H. Maslow, who is based on the concept that every human being is in constant effort to satisfy his personal and professional needs. That is why Maslow devised a pyramid scheme of hierarchical division of human needs for self-realization, and each lower level need must be met so that the higher level needs can be met.

Therefore, he defined five realization needs of the human being. Starting with the primary needs, which are the physiological and security needs. And the secondary needs, which are self-esteem, social and self-fulfillment.

1 - Physiological needs: They are the most important, they form the basis of the hierarchical pyramid, they correspond to the biological needs: hygiene, food, rest, sleep ( ...)

2 - Security needs: Man needs to feel safe, without danger, with job stability, and benefits that add to your security.

3 - Social needs: These are needs to feel part of a group, to maintain harmonious relationships with other individuals in all social spheres.

4 - Needs of esteem: Recognition of human capacities, need to feel respected and worthy.

5 - Needs for self-realization: needs for growth. They include personal fulfillment according to their own potential, they include autonomy, esteem and self-control.

Therefore, the company is initially concerned with the primary needs of workers in a given poor location, since individuals are concerned first with the satisfaction of their basic needs before moving on to the secondary needs of esteem and self-fulfillment.
