So far 100,000 cars of this modelhave been sold. What is the largest number of cars thatyou can guarantee to have the same color and the sameoptions as each other?

    3125

    Explanation:

If you start with the options, there are 8 possible combinations of options.

    A - B - C

    A - B - 0

    A - 0 - C

    A - 0 - 0

    0 - B - C

    0 - B - 0

    0 - 0 - C

    0 - 0 - 0

And then each of these options have 4 possible color options, so 8*4 = 32 possible different combinations. If you divide the 100,000 cars sold by the 32 different options you get 3,125
