Police assigned to an airport learned that Andrew Sokolow, had paid $2,100 for tickets from a roll of $20 bills, had just made a round-trip flight from Honolulu to Miami, stayed in Miami less than 48 hours with no checked luggage, looked nervous, and had used a name that did not match the name under which his telephone number was listed.
