    presents the good news immediately.

    Explanation:

When a customer files a claim, he/she is not doing it because he/she enjoys filing claims. A claim is filed because something bad happened to you when you were using the company's product or service. Generally clients that file claims are not satisfied clients, so when there is the slightest possibility of improving the relationship with the client, it must be taken immediately. E. g. a customer files a claim for a defect in his car, which means that he is obviously not happy with the way his car is working. If the problem is fixed rapidly, then the client will be much happier than if he has to wait for one or two weeks.
