If the labor costs $55,000 for concession staff, $82,500 for security, $45,000 for parking lot operations and $49,000 for ticket/usher operations, what percentage of the labor cost is for concessions and parking lot operations?

    In order to solve this you first have to add up all of the cost to calculate the total cost of the things:

    Labor cost: $55,000

    Concession staff: $82,500

    Parking lot operations: $45,000

    Ticket/Usher: $49,000

    Total: $231,500

    Now concessions and parking lot operations amount to a total of: 127,500

    We just have to do a rule of three, if 231,500/100=127500/x

    x=127,500*100/231500

    x=55.07

    SO the percentage is 55.07%
