none of the parties are liable for a violation of the law as both parties have their faults.

Oral misrepresentation on the part of Urban credit is not exactly good enough in its presentation but then the documents provided for Violet states the terms correctly but that violet doesn't read as a result of negligence or agreement to the misrepresented information.

Whatevr it is, no laws have been violated and so there is no case.
