There must be some unique skill which makes one candidate stand apart from other team members. There are certain technical skill which is essential to work in the work place. But there are some soft skills which would make a team member unique. There are so many skill from which few are listed below.

1. Initiative:

Initiative is the skill which is actually expected from the upcoming leader. A person who takes initiative will surely start leading the team soon.

2. Taking responsibilities:

A person who takes responsibilities on his / her shoulder stands unique because he supports lot to bring up the team.

3. Team player:

This is one of the essential skill where he/she communicates with everyone and keep projects going on the right way. He can also solve issues which arises at times.
