Use the percent increases for each year to calculate the increase, then add that to the new amount each year.

    Starting amount: 2010-2011 $10.337

    a) $11,215.65

    8.5% jump in 2011-2012

    8.5% * 10,337 = 878.65

    $10337+878.65 = $11,215.65

    b) $11,720.36

    New amount 11,215.65 + 4.5% jump in 2012-2013

    4.5% * 11215.65 = 504.71

    504.71+11215.65 = $11,720.36

    c) $ 12,060.25

    New amount 11720.36 + 2.9% jump

    2.9% * 11,720.36 = 339.89

    339.89 + 11720.36 = 12,060.25
