Organizational behavior can be defined as the study of three main factors of a company:

    1 - Structure

    2 - Individuals

    3 - Groups

The purpose of studying and analyzing these factors is to seek solutions for creating an organizational climate based on harmony, ethics and positive values, capable of maintaining the engagement and motivation of all employees.

There are two levels of study of organizational behavior: The individual level, which analyzes the skills, motivations, expectations, profile and other characteristics of each employee. And there is also the group level, which analyzes the constitution of work teams, communication, interaction, the role of the leader, etc.

Through this study, it is possible to know the strengths and weaknesses of each professional and to draw up a focused individual development plan, to make the teams stronger, and the more competent professionals to assist in achieving the organization's objectives.

The study of organizational behavior allows managers to gain a more specific view of the company's human capital and various aspects involved, such as interpersonal relationships, communication, emotional intelligence, etc., which guarantees the adoption of more effective practices with regard to people management.
