    Options C, E and G are correct.

    Explanation:

    C. The process is not currently capable (Reason : Cpk is less than 1.33)

    E. Even if the process mean were shifted to be equal to the nominal value it would not be capable (Reason : Shifting process mean to be equal to nominal value will only change Cpk but not Cp. Cp will be always greater than or equal to Cpk. Thus Cpk will be improved to max 1.25 which will not make the process capable)

    G. The process is not centered at its nominal value.
