Not everyone wants to be seen doing something, so the workplace should be set up in such a way that it allows for individuals like this to be confident in conversing without being overhead.

    Permission refers to the aspect in which any form of public collaboration needs to be approved by the top management. Permission is needed before changes are made to allow for proximity and privacy.
