Explanation: It is a very simple decision to make. Yes, I'd go ahead and hire her. The best candidate to deliver on the job is to be hired. Even the bible shuns mediocrity and it would be absolutely bad to settle for less. Imagine hiring the Presbyterian without the required skill sets. She delays work and doesn't get work done. To make matter worse, she's bad at her job and never gets the bulletin done before sundays, putting the church in a situation where she holds service without bulletins. My candid advice will be for you to give the best candidate the job.
