The essence of self-management is understanding who you are, what you want in life, what you want to accomplish during your life-long journey, and then making it all happen. This pursuit of your dreams or goals is what drives the self-motivation employers are looking for. How will you apply the principles of self-management on a daily basis?

By observing that my daily to daily activities i perform are aligned with the goals i have set.

    Explanation:

Self Management is all about managing your own self, and keeping yourself on guided direction. Everyone in the world will have some goals but it needs motivation and will to achieve those. Self Management plays a huge role in building up that will and keeps you motivated by identifying mistakes in yourself and correcting them.

What i can do is, identifying the mistakes i make in performing daily life activities and correcting them so that my activities would be aligned with the goals i have set.

For example: I want to build a healthy lifestyle, which requires organizing my daily life, eating health food and going to gym. Albeit at night i am sleeping late and ordering pizza yet going to the gym, however my goal won't be achieved because my other activities are not aligned with my goal.
