A customer executive from Southeast Asia will visit your HQ facility and meet with your executive team. Your independent Southeast Asian agent requests that you reimburse the customer for his expenses, including expenses that could violate your company's policies such as entertainment and gifts.     On the other hand, this one is based on if am working or running the facility If i am working for the company, I would have to talk with my seniors before I go against the policy of the company. but if i am the one who controls or runs the place, definitely i will not repay the customer, no costumer will get preferential treatment on this issue, because it will not be a good example for other potential customers.
