    Discovering the effects of particular behaviors on subordinates, the Ohio State Studies identified that initiating structure and consideration are the two underlying dimensions of leadership. The Initiating structure is the degree in where the leaders are to be expected to outline and structure their employees and their parts to attain their goal. Consideration is the degree in where a leader's work relations are described by common trust, respect for the ideas of employees, and concern for their emotional state.
