George needs to figure out what kind of business he wants his dealership to be. He's looking to grow it quickly, but after looking through his total cost of ownership realizes he has nowhere near enough money. Instead of taking out a loan, George is thinking about seeking the backing of several well-known investors and makes his company public on the stock market. Unfortunately George couldn't take full credit for his business anymore and it's now treated as it's own "separate entity", but at least he would protected from losing his own personal assets in case something happens. There's also a ton of paperwork involved, which means George would have to increase his estimated total cost of ownership in order to hire a few more accountants. Which type of business best fits George's current ideas?

Select one:

a. Sole Proprietorship

b. Partnership

c. Corporation

d. LLC
