The reason why Robert participated anyway despite of the fact that he thinks his workers is being unfair was because of union membership. With union membership, a group of people who works in a same occupation or has the same skills acts together or as seen above, had joined together to strike. In aims of having favorable conditions in terms of their work which is seen above.
