First, I would have to understand the chocies I have and what positive and negative affect it has on me and others.

Then, After I see what postive and negative affects a see what would be best like how much profit, how long I will have to work.

Next, if I find something I like I would want to a review of my workplace. (If not suitable go back to step 2 or 1).

Then, I would take an interview and if I get acepted I will continue working at my job. (If declined then apply for the second best job and continue untill you find a job).
