From what you've said, it sounds like you're mad at your boss for expecting you to drop your personal plans whenever he wants you to work. is that right

    The boss should be considerate in his employees because employees also have their own lives outside the workplace. the boss should respect the rights of its employees when they are not working and should not abuse his authority in order to force his employees to work
