His style of leading is a authoritarian style of leadership based on results (and not in his employees). Authoritarian leaders are in charge of all of the decisions and do not want their employees to make decisions. In his decision making the boss is mainly focussed on getting the work done. Therefore the style is result-based and authoritarian.
