Summary of business activities at Perfect pizza. When a customer calls the staff takes their name and phone number are entered into the computer and their order taken. The cost of the order is calculated for the customer including tax and delivery. After the customer pays, the receipt is printed and the order then given to the cook. The pizza is delivered along with a copy of the receipt and if possible, a coupon.
