S Br2 must be 104.5 as in H2O but meanwhile the Br atoms have electrons from place to place them they will deter each other more than the H atoms in H2O so the bond angle will be over and above 104.5

P F3 must be 107 as in NH3 meanwhile the F atoms have electrons around them they will deter each other more than the H atoms in NH3 so the bond angle will be over and above 107.
