So when it says at STP, you are given the values of temperature and pressure.
T=273.15K
P=100kpa
R=8.314 (it's a constant)
n=3.70
V=?
Now use the formula PV=nRT and isolate for V
V=nRT/P
V = (3.70) (8.314) (273.15) / 100
V=84.0L
