    Krypton has a greater chance of forming a momentary dipole.

    The momentary dipole is one of the London dispersion forces. It happens when in an apolar substance the electron density briefly moves towards a side of the substance, causing a difference in polarity and hence a momentary dipole.

    As chemical substance get bigger, their polarizability (ability to form a momentary dipole) is higher, since the higher amount of electrons makes they move more easily. So, as krypton has more electrons, it would have the greater chance of forming a momentary dipole.
