How would a single-celled organism respond in an oxygen rich pond compared to an oxygen poor pond?

    A single-celled organism respond in an oxygen rich pond compared to an oxygen poor pond as i t really depends on what single celled organism it is ... Anaerobic bacteria wouldn't really care assuming all else equal because they dont require oxygen. A highly aerobic organism would be stoked cause it loves oxygen and uses it rapidly.
