The predominant inter-molecular forces in the compounds are as follows:

    ammonia - hydrogen bond.

    carbon tetrabromide - dispersion forces.

dichloro methane - dipole - dipole forces.

Dipole - dipole forces usually predominates in polar compounds and hydrogen bond predominates in compounds that have OH, NH OR HF.
