When sugar or nacl is dissolved in water, the resulting solution is classified as homogeneous mixture. In the name homogeneous itself it refers to the meaning same, so it is referred as same proportions. For example, soda pops and lemonade, they can really be as solids, fluids, and gasses. Homogeneous mixture can likewise be a mix of these structures, as in a fluid gas mixture.
