The carbon dioxide and sodium phenoxide should be the reactants and the product should be the sodium salicylate. Sodium phenoxide is C6H5NaO and sodium salicylate is C7H5NaO3 so it looks like the CO2 combines with the e sodium phenoxide to create the sodium salicylate.
