What is the difference between the fields surrounding a stationary charge and those that surround a moving charge?

    Fields surrounding a stationary charge produces an electric field and fields surrounding a smoving charge produces a magnetic field and this magnetic field force cant perform any work because it is perpendicular to the field (B) and velocity (V) but electric field force can perform work
