I don’t know if I’m right I’m taking a guess but isn’t it because energy comes from the sun and we can’t change the sun

Becasue it violates the first law of Thermodynamics which directly states that "Matter cannot be created or destroyed, it can only change form"
This is because matter is energy, and if energy dissapeared, then theoreticly then we would not exsist, as we waste more energy to produce energy, plants use energy to make food, use that food to make energy, etc ...
