Suppose you have a sample of an unknown mineral with a mass of 86g. you placed the sample in agrduated cylinder filled with water to the 55mL mark. the sample sinks to the bottom of the cylinder and the water level rises to the 71 mL mark. wat is the density?

    71-mL density=gram/mass

    -55mL = 86g/16mL

    =16m-L = 5.38g/mL
