Enthalpy of fusion is defined as the heat entailed to convert a substance from a liquid state to solid state. both gases are diatomic hence polar so the energies supposed to be are great because of the great energy of bonds existing between. N2 is more polar than I2 so this would take greater energy to transform to another state. Answer is N2.
