    The solution could be boiled so that the water can evaporate. Boiling causes the water to rapidly evaporate leaving the a briny substance. This could be left to cool and the table salt would then re-crystallize. Distillation could also be used to separate salt and water. Distillation would be used if you wish to collect the water at the end of the experiment.
