What is the kinetic energy of a 150 kg object that is moving with a speed of 15 m/s

    KE = 1/2*m*v^2

    KE = 1/2*150kg * (15 m/s) ^2

    KE = 75kg * 225m²/s²

    KE = 16875 kg*m²/s²

    KE = 16875 N*m

    KE = 16,875 J

    I learned this in my science class. The answer is 16875J. Hte equation for kinetic energy is K. E. = 1/2 m v2.
